I will give breif history of my buying experience. I have purchased Ford escort..focus...explorer...f150...then Nissan murrano. ..all new and in that order. I am a loyal customer and want to buy American but I had enough with the poor Ford product and went to Nissan. Recently I had the financial need to get a better gas mileage vehicle and I saw your camaro on line for 30 MPG. Si I came in to dealership and met up with Dewayne. This Guy was not pushy salesman that I have always dealt with and he showed me the Malibu. I went two times casually and never even gave my Susan since was just browsing and this salesman treated me with the attention that I came to admire even though he new I was still far from potential buyer. Due to his customer service I decided to buy and I went in on his day off and another salesman Joey assisted me. I called Dewayne to apologize that I would cost him a sale and he told me not to worry and that he was just glad I came back and I asked Joey about it and he said that they share commission which I thought was just awesome. I then begin to make the deal and manager Brandon W's great to work with and he matched a deal I had found in newspaper but for the exact car I wanted. I can tell you that I am now a devoted Chevy customer. Correction devoted freeway Chevy customer. Will be back for Tahoe or vette in next 5yrs or sooner. More
The oil change was great, but the wash on the vehicle was very poor. On both of the drivers and passengers door, there were black marks everywhere. I tried to rub off with the towel from the lady who gave very poor. On both of the drivers and passengers door, there were black marks everywhere. My only dissatisfaction was in regards to the warranty company C&A which I will NEVER use again and will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about. Craig was our service contact for 12 plus years at Kachina Cadillac for all our cars. When he left I checked with all the Cadillac dealers to find Craig but had no luck. When I had my wife's Camaro serviced a couple of weeks ago I ran into Craig and remembered the great service he had given us. So when I needed service on my new CTS I called Craig to see if he could handle it. Now Craig will handle both our new cars for any service they need. You hired a great customer person with Craig, he takes the time to listen to your problem and needs. Best of all he follows your car and keeps you informed of it's progress and estimated completion time. More
I was unhappy that the cost of service was not discussed with me. I was told that an alignment check would be done. I assumed that meant that if the car was not aligned correctly I would receive a call an with me. I was told that an alignment check would be done. I was not contacted and an alignment was completed and I was asked to pay $109 for the service. This was a surprise since I was never told how much a check would cost. Since I was not told I assumed it was a standard and free check. I would suggest that going forward pricing of all service performed is discussed before any work is completed. The customer should not have to ask, how much it will cost. I will continue to have basic oil changes completed but I will not have any other service completed there as I do not trust that this department puts the customers best interest first by discussing prices before work is done. I don’t want to be put in another situation where I believe a courtesy check is being done and actual work is completed and I am asked to pay. Very embarrassing at the cashier table when I have to be explained too as to why I have to pay money I was not expecting. More
We gave the rating in every criteria a 5 (great) due to the whole experiance in general. James was our sales person who was up front and told us how every thing is going to take place/work just has we like the whole experiance in general. We like bening able to walk in to a dealership to look around without feeling pressured in to purchasing any vehicle right away. He was very nice and down to earth. When it came time for the financing Jay was very theral with how everything runs in that department. He told us how it worked from point A to point B. He always kepted us updated with everything. He did everything he could to help us purchase the vehicle we wanted. I enjoyed doing business with Jay he has a wonderful personality. Thank you, Enrique & Juanita Lopez More
