13000 mile 2 year old car, rotors warped. Was told this was normal wear and tear and wouldn't repair under warranty. Have never had this problem with a 2 year old low mileage car. Went into the dealership to look at a used Titan. They appraised my trade and I told them where I wanted to be and had to get back to work. The sales manager sent me a text and I quote, "I refuse to They appraised my trade and I told them where I wanted to be and had to get back to work. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN, and I'll be sure to let anyone I hear of buying a vehicle to stay away. Had an amazing experience following this at Nucar in St Albans. More

I had a scheduled test drive appointment, arrived, waited 30min, and no one was to be found. A service technician came up to find someone. This was not the person I had a scheduled appointment with, come t 30min, and no one was to be found. A service technician came up to find someone. This was not the person I had a scheduled appointment with, come to find out that person was not even there. The emails I’d been sending and receiving were not even actually it with that person. The sales associate then proceeded to not listen to my questions and try to get unnecessary information from me. I tried multiple times to explain I had a scheduled test drive for 2 specific vehicles and the associate had their own agenda and ignored my request. I left and definitely will not return, worst service at a car dealership ever. More
