Chris, I left Mr.Shapiro a message on his "personal" cellphone, and he has yet to call me back. As I explained to him on that voicemail, I was upset with the switch in financing that was done for me, without asking me first. This ended up costing me $30 month more for insurance than the amount of the quote I received at the dealership with the previous bank, which allowed for a higher deductible. I would have known this if I was given a chance to read the bank contract, however I was told nothing was different, they were just changing banks to save me $1 a month on the payment, and to sign it. If I would have known the insurance rate is what it is, quite frankly, I would not have purchased the car. As the financing has already been finalized and the deal is done, the only thing that I can think of that could be done to change my opinion of the dealership would be is if perhaps you chose to reimburse me for some of the unexpected extra insurance cost, say 1 years worth or $360. Beyond that, I can't see myself doing business there or recommending that anyone else does again, however I will edit the comment to read more favorably as Joanne was very accommodating with the center cap issue.
