Sarah Lee was our initial contact person, and she provided good information about the vehicles we were interested in and helped provide additional information when requested. When we went to look at the vehicle we were interested in purchasing, we were connected with Alex. He professionally and knowledgeably handled that part of our transaction including a full overview of the vehicle and a test drive. He went above and beyond and offered coloring books to our children while we were working through paperwork. Because we were purchasing a used vehicle, the dealership wanted to clean detail it before we took it. It was definitely worth the wait. After finding the perfect choice he helped us through the final processes. The quoted price was almost exactly what I had researched as fair market value. Our experience started just after opening and finished up at around 2:30pm. As it was Saturday we were able to take advantage of the free hotdogs and hamburgers for lunch. Also thanks to Jim Pool for making the financing paperwork part painless and swift. Overall - excellent job guys! More
