Naive - only know their vehicles on paper Freedom advertised a 2008 Land Rover LR3 HSE on the internet. It was just what I was looking for! I emailed and had several phone conversations abou Freedom advertised a 2008 Land Rover LR3 HSE on the internet. It was just what I was looking for! I emailed and had several phone conversations about the vehicle which was represented as the pictures would suggest. I negotiated a deal long distance, paid a deposit and drove 5 hours to Tampa. When I arrived to look at the car, it was good from far, but far from good. It became apparent to me within a few minutes that this vehicle had been water damaged. Perhaps it was a flood vehicle? Perhaps someone ran it through the car wash with the windows down or let it out in the rain? I personally believe it was a flood vehicle. There carpet was saturated in areas and there was evidence of water line residue and interior rust in other areas. The radio was completely dead and indicative that that the electronics under the driver seat had been shorted out. Who would sell a used luxury car without knowing that the entire radio/navi/control system was DEAD? The hood would not stay open because of bad struts. The manager showed me paper that certified the car was not a flood car. Seriously dude? Did you actually look at the car? Very nice folks. They tried to make up for the 10 hours of wasted driving I incurred that day by paying for my gas. That's not what I wanted, I wanted the car that I bought based on photo representation, not the tired water damaged piece of crap that they bought at auction. I have dealt with other used car dealers who also bought at auction, but then took the time to review every detail of what they bought and recondition them and prepare them for sale accordingly. Based on my experience these guys just don't get it. The manager promised he would search to find me a comparable used Land Rover to the one I expected I was buying. Guess what .... he never followed through. Nice people, but buyer beware! More

Drives well. Price was fair. Stupid little things wrong. Bought a BMW 335i, help from Julio I had looked all over for about the past month as I knew the time was coming clear that I wanted to get a vehicle. So I was wanting to pay cash money I had looked all over for about the past month as I knew the time was coming clear that I wanted to get a vehicle. So I was wanting to pay cash money for it. So I came in, found a vehicle I liked but I noticed it needed some tires and some headlights were burned out. I wanted to stay under a certain amount on the deal. So they offered to install 4 brand new tires, fix the driver headlights and they were able to make it exactly at the number I came in at. Everyone was really nice and other than the five hours it took on the next day to get my tires installed, which has nothing to do with Freedom but rather a garage up the street, I really enjoyed the car and the experience of buying it from freedom. I recommend highly if anyone is in the market for a medium to high-end vehicle, not be hurt on the jprice, go to Freedom. More
