i was looking for a specifically optioned f150 that i found at Fred Martin Ford. sales staff (both named Nick) were either uninformed of what they were talking about or just indifferent. As an out of sta found at Fred Martin Ford. sales staff (both named Nick) were either uninformed of what they were talking about or just indifferent. As an out of state customer, (PA) i had questions and concerns about receiving a PA title as transferring a title would be another expense, Both Nicks (salespeople) assured me that the dealership worked with a title company, and i would receive a PA title. This did not happen and got an Ohio title. Truck is a blue oval certified vehicle, not sure who checked it over, but left turn signal doesn't operate correctly, but I'm sure that can be remedied as the truck is still under factory warranty. With the certified vehicle i was to get 22k service points, that I plan to use in their Service Department. although after loading the FordPass app. and registering my vehicle these points do not seem to exist. hope someone in service dept, can remedy this as well. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and the truck, just wish staff would have been either better informed or more truthful. More
