Hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had. You are not a customer but a friend to the staff. We have bought 5 vehicles off them and never had a single issue. The relationship we have built with our salesman feels more like a real friendship than a dealer dealing with a customer. The finance department is extremely well versed in thier job and can explain things in a way it makes sense, and even will shy you away from things that might not work as well as others. The service center is very easy to schedule an appointment with and professional in completing thier tasks promptly. In the case of a warranty taking too long we where given a loaner. We will most certainly be returning for our next purchase we tried others bit keep returning to the fred martin team. More
