Tony was great to work with. He didn't seem like other car salesmen I've worked with in the past--he actually seemed like an honest guy trying to make a living. I called this dealer long distance, and was fortunate enough to get Jim Hearne one the phone. He knew his products well, and was extremely kind and gracious.Also, Fred Haas Toyota had more Sienna vans on enough to get Jim Hearne one the phone. So, we drove 2 hrs. and 45 minutes, and got a better deal than 6 other dealers had made us on an even more eqipped Toyota, with a higher trade - in on our '08 Rav 4 . I was referred to Mr. Cedric Rawls by a friend because I was looking for a Silver Nissan Altima and I wanted to go to a dealership that someone knew the salesman. So last Sunday when a Silver Nissan Altima was looking for a Silver Nissan Altima and I wanted to go to a dealership that someone knew the salesman. So last Sunday when a Silver Nissan Altima came in I received a text from my friend saying that a Silver Altima was on the lot. Mr. Cedric Rawls was very professional; he immediately phoned me once he received my phone number and we set up a time for me to come see the car. He always phoned me back and kept me in the loop of everything going on....from the beginning when the car first arrived, to the checking of the car, small minor maintenance, to me coming in test driving the car. I fell in love with the car as soon as I saw it, and once I drove it it was a 'done deal'. We completed paperwork on Friday, April 6th, and Saturday morning I was driving away in my dream car. The payments are where I wanted them; and they also included a warranty!!
