Professional dealership I went to Fred Anderson Toyota knowing that I wanted a Toyota Tacoma but unfamiliar with the current models and features offered. I knew what features I went to Fred Anderson Toyota knowing that I wanted a Toyota Tacoma but unfamiliar with the current models and features offered. I knew what features I did want but was shown knew features and other available ones. After viewing a selection of trucks I had made my decision on what features I needed and what I didn't. The salesman did not try to push for me to get any kind of "upgrade" package or anything. He showed me exactly the truck that had what I wanted and we started the paperwork. Very good experience.
