When we first went in, they let us test drive a Venza and did not pressure us at all. When we went back to deal on the Venza, everyone there was exceptionally nice. As a matter of fact, they searched high and low to find exactly what we wanted. When it came down to it, Fred Anderson himself was driving the car we wanted. He gladly let us buy it with only 1,500 miles on it. They met our price that we had found online, and they bent over backwards to meet our needs. They cleaned the car to brand new perfection, and did everything I asked. The finance guy also did not pressure us to purchase the warranty, as my husband is an ASE Certified Master Tech and does all of our repair himself.
