Nice sale person but poor car preparation Anthony did a good job telling us about the car but the next day when they suggested we come pick up the car( we were going to give them longer to ret Anthony did a good job telling us about the car but the next day when they suggested we come pick up the car( we were going to give them longer to retrieve and prepare the car) it was not ready after we waited for 5 hours. If he had just told us things were backed up we would have gone home and we would have come back the next day. After 5 hrs we went home and returned the next day. He told us the car was ready but we noticed the scratch guards on the door handles were missing. He told us at first they were out of stock but then reappeared and said he would take it back to have them added. Not a good impression for us for future service calls. More
