I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic, Coupe this past saturday, and I wanted to write to give high marks for customer service. I did not feel pressured at anytime and my salesperson, Brent, was knowledgeable and very personable. The time spent at the dealership was informative and the end result was that I bought the car. Jack in the business office, spent the time reviewing the financing options, and did not try to push any of the extra options on me. Over all the experience was a very enjoyable one, and I would recommend this Honda dealership, and sales team to anyone. More

David was very helpful with helping me buy a car. I was interested in buying a Fit and David let both my girlfriend and me test drive it. Dave helped me realize that originally what I wanted was a classic sedan. He let us look at Civics, which to me, is a car that has proved itself since I can even remember wanting to drive. When it got time to negotiate, I really didn't even have to. He gave me the price I was looking for. He pointed us to the break room and free massage lady while waiting to be approved. It took a minute and their was an error in the paperwork on my end, but he was patient, and finally that evening I was driving home in my new car. It was a good experience. I didn't have to sell my soul to get the car and I felt Dave realized where I am coming from at this point in my life. I love my Honda and I thank Dave for making it possible. More

My neighbor insisted we come there, so I decided to give it a shot. As it turned out we were supposed to go to Dick Brooks. I was told you would have hidden fees and it would be a lot more than you quoted. I was told you would never have an incentive on the fit. None of the things were true, and the only person that guy hurt was his own chances to sell a car. Christine was wonderful, and has attention to detail. I wish I could remember the finance officers name. He was very professional. I believe he could have gotten me a better rate, as today I went to State Farm and was offered to refinance for over a percent less, but may not come out better now due to finance charges. We dealt with Christine over the internet first, and she was very helpful and followed up with answers to the questions and let us know what you had and that she could get whatever we wanted. I have been leasing with Breakaway Honda since 2002 and can truly say that the recent experience I had with Mr. Crider has been the most rewarding. Mr. Crider sent letters 3 mos prior to the end of my lea can truly say that the recent experience I had with Mr. Crider has been the most rewarding. I called him a week prior to visiting the dealership to get his hours and arrived the next week to see him at breakaway just as he stated. It was a nice hassle free experience. I was a little leery at first because of my decision to upgrade this year, however Mr. Crider gave me an offer I couldn't refuse so once again I leave with a brand new 2010 LX Odyssey. As usual the transaction was smooth and hassle free. Matt Lovell was also professional and pleasant to work with. He was much more helpful and upfront than the previous leasing consultant in 2006.
