I am having steering wheel notching, sticking on my 2020 CR-V. Honda Corp. told me I had to take it to a dealer to have diagnosed. Specifically, a road test at higher speeds and a diagnostic. Dick Brooks i CR-V. Honda Corp. told me I had to take it to a dealer to have diagnosed. Specifically, a road test at higher speeds and a diagnostic. Dick Brooks in Greer, where I purchased my car, would not do the high speed road test unless I signed off and left car with them for a weekend. I Couldn’t do that. Fred Anderson promptly scheduled me to come when the service manager, Cory Pritchett, was there so he could ride with me or drive the car. He drove and verified my concerns. Noah Wilson was my service advisor and he scheduled the diagnostic test, called me an Uber so I wouldn’t have to wait around all day. They were all great! Noah called to let me know when to pick up the car and paper work. He gave us detailed printed out paperwork that we can now pass on to Honda Motor Company. I had a great experience for a bad steering problem I’ve been so nervous about. Fred Anderson Honda didn’t even charge us for the diagnostic. (Or the Uber ride.) I’m praying Honda Motor Company covers our repair, being that it should be considered a recall. Betsy Tirbovich More

Service was great!
