I have always been impressed with Fred Anderson dealerships but Honda has something different and I will forever return here. Salesmen greet you with no pressure, cars are clean and readily availab dealerships but Honda has something different and I will forever return here. I was extremely pleased with the service I received for several issues on my car. Advisor Nick was the primary reason everything ran like clockwork. He was articulate, well organized and detailed in every respect of the service process. I had a recall issue resolved, a standard maintenance issue taken care of and my windshield replaced and calibrated in this visit. Having a glass company embedded in the service department is a real time saver as Honda techs at the dealership took care of the calibration immediately after the new windshield was installed. A big plus was the provided Uber rides to and from my home while the maintenance was being performed. On top of that the dealership provided a coupon to reduce my cost. My service work at Fred Anderson Honda of Greenville was a great experience in every aspect! More
