Mr Easton has exemplary customer service and interpersonal relationships skills. He was attentive and quire respectful when we met and when on the phone. Well considering sales never properly executed my title docs upon delivery. Jeff Plunkett has made numerous promises for my 2022 XT5 via the service department. While my son and I waited we were interested in the CT5-V Blackwing(Cash deal) a salesman pretty much blew us off. I'm not real happy with Bradshaw Cadillac. On a nice note, the service department was great. Howard Bush was humerus, polite, professional and the ladies were too. It was a great experience purchasing my preowned 2019 Dodge Charger at Bradshaw Automotive, the vehicle was as described in the internet ad, and our salesman Tony was a straight shooter and didn't play a Dodge Charger at Bradshaw Automotive, the vehicle was as described in the internet ad, and our salesman Tony was a straight shooter and didn't play any games. We were very impressed with the finance guy Ernest Jones, he was the first finance guy we've ever dealt with that turned his computer screen around for us and showed us the numbers that he was seeing.
