My experiences there have been nothing short of exceptional, and that is why I will continue to pass another Frank Kent dealership closer to me just to receive service at this location. First, Kyle Stubblefield consistently makes every visit seamless and stress-free. From the moment I arrive, he makes me feel important and valued — never like just another customer. Anytime I have questions, he goes above and beyond to provide thorough explanations that are clear and reassuring. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and confident in what he does, and that confidence brings real peace of mind. He truly makes you feel like family, and that level of care is rare. During my most recent visit, I received a loaner vehicle — a beautiful electric car. I’m not used to driving something that new, and unfortunately, I did not plug it in properly, so it didn’t charge. I was honestly on the verge of a panic attack. I reached out to Jordan Osborne, and she immediately stepped in to help. She calmly sent detailed instructions via text on where to go and exactly how to plug the vehicle in correctly. She even offered to let me bring it back to Frank Kent for a fast charge and assured me they would take me back to work if needed. That level of responsiveness and care meant everything to me. Even though I ultimately didn’t need the fast charge because my vehicle was ready that same day, Jordan’s support completely eased my stress. I also want to recognize Avery Wilson. There was a small misunderstanding regarding my service, and instead of brushing it aside, Mr. Wilson made sure my concerns were fully addressed. He sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and ensured I left completely satisfied. The accountability, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction he demonstrated truly stood out. Both Mr. Wilson and Kyle took the time to apologize for any miscommunication and made sure everything was resolved. That speaks volumes about the leadership and culture at this location. I never look forward to having car problems — but I absolutely look forward to the quality of service I receive when I come to Fort Worth Frank Kent. Terrible experience with the salesman and pre owned sales manager. I was pre approve through my credit union and the dealer was a preferred dealer. I came to an agreement to purchase the car from the dealership, the salesman Patrick said he was taking the vehicle to detail to complete the request that was made. I contacted Patrick the next morning and he said the vehicle was sold last night. I had several red flags from the beginning that I was going to look over, but selling the car from under me for a few more dollars was very unprofessional and unethical. The values that Frank Kent and his family stood for was thrown out of the window for profit. These guys are commission driven not customer drive. I was very disappointed with the action of this dealership. I will not be returning to this dealership for absolutely anything, there is a spirit of manipulation going on from the appraisal, salesman and general sales manager. Please check your numbers they don’t add up. Don’t buy out of desperation, if you do you will be paying a great price. I did purchase a Cadillac from a competitive Cadillac dealership that have salesperson who have degree’s and are paid a salary instead of a commission. Very smooth transaction and they’re a preferred dealer also. More
Purchased a new 2026 Cadillac Blackwing seven weeks ago and still have not received the title. They have promised several times that it would be sent out but they never did. Irma Jean was awesome in explaining all the different functions and settings of the new XT5 model. Having a go to person for car software is a definite plus. Shawn was a pleasure to work with. 01/03/2025 Unethical Mechanic: I wrote to the Service Manager: “I understand the job is just about completed with the oil leak, but I have a problem. The P/N 12655386 Fuel Pump Insulator had to be remov Manager: “I understand the job is just about completed with the oil leak, but I have a problem. The P/N 12655386 Fuel Pump Insulator had to be removed and reinstalled to correct the oil leak, but your mechanic is wanting to charge me $474.00 to replace it with the one I pointed out to you in the back seat to use. It is a new one which should not require a charge if it must be reinstalled anyway”. The Mechanic was trying the make more money than was reasonable as I would have never paid that much for just that one single repair anyway. In addition, as I inspected the return of my vehicle on 01/03/2025 and the radio had been tuned on to someone’s favorite radio station as they were joyriding during the test drive, as if it was their personal car. There is no transparency between the customer and the mechanic and the interface with the mechanics and the service advisor is weak at best. The mechanic seems to set the pace as to what gets repaired and mostly how much money they can make. I am a certified Federal Aviation Administration mechanic and certified ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100:2016 Auditor and have a keen sense of bad practices when they present themselves. Bottom line is, I might purchase a vehicle from Frank Kent but would not have it serviced there, now under any circumstance.
