I hope that the new owners of Frank Kent Cadillac don't condone customers being manipulated by their sales team, used car managers, etc. Frank Kent family built their business with the motto ethics over profits. This team that I encountered showed that their whole goal was to increase their commission by low balling and manipulating the numbers on paper. This is bad business practice even if it's done on one person. These guys are ruthless by attempting to take advantage of customers who come into the dealership thinking that they are dealing with a 5 star first class dealer. These guys need their transaction check for unethical business practice even if they made the sale. I understand the business is in business to make a profit, but when someone can see through their deceit it's very alarming. Potential customers deserve better than what's being offered for extra cash on their paycheck.

Mr Bradford, Thank you for taking the time to review our dealership. I’m sorry you feel you had a less than 5 star experience. Although I did not meet you, I remember you coming in a couple weeks ago on Feb 7th, and looking at our 2018 XT5. We gave you a completely transparent work sheet with our haggle free internet price, taxes, mv, and our 1% sales and service fee. You said you liked the numbers but wanted to go home and think about it. As of Feb 12th you never returned to dealership, and another customer purchased the vehicle. As our prices are very clearly stated on our website, we did not charge a higher price for the vehicle to another customer. That customer simply agreed to buy the vehicle before you made your decision. To state in your review that the car was sold out from under you, or we charged a few more dollars, is just baseless rhetoric. We are a first come first serve establishment. I’m sorry if that wasn’t clearly explained. I’m very happy you found a car you like and had a great experience buying it. We wish you the best of luck with it.
