Engine service light on. Thursday after work I started my truck to go home and my engine service light came on. I took my truck in on Friday around 0730 to 0745 to get the problem taken care of. I was informed by Ricardo that they probably couldn't get to it before next Wednesday. So Ronny made out a ticket of the problem. I brought the truck in around 0745 Wednesday. I got my truck back Thursday evening. On Wednesday I asked if there was a loaner vehicle. Answer: No, Mr. Powell we only have one loaner per service manger. This was an issue I addressed with the New Car Sales Manager when I purchased my truck. The question I was asked. "What makes you so special." I feel every customer is special if you want their loyalty to purchase another vehicle. More

FAST repair and service! I took my car in at the hour I was told the service center opened. I was surprised that I was the first car there that morning. I left and was surpris I took my car in at the hour I was told the service center opened. I was surprised that I was the first car there that morning. I left and was surprised that within 40 minutes they called to tell me what part needed replacing. I was happily surprised again at how quickly the repair plus an oil change were completed. The awful sound was finally gone. If only I'd taken my car in sooner! More

Other dealerships told me there was an extensive weight due to a back ordered part. Frank Brown service center said they were just replacing the entire airbag due ti the safety issues. They also gave me an excellent price on a radiator flush. They also helped me with a remote programming issue at no charge I have never experienced such awesome service at a dealership. More

If you make a mistake, just own it Sammy has worked on my card before and had done a good job. This time he had my car for 5 or 6 days BEFORE starting the work and when I confronted him Sammy has worked on my card before and had done a good job. This time he had my car for 5 or 6 days BEFORE starting the work and when I confronted him on it he blames it on me! Fact is... He overlooked it.. He made a mistake. I can forgive that if someone owns their mistake.. But it's pretty frustrating if they don't accept responsibility. If you take your car there the burden is on you for clear communication and expectations. More
