Honest Went in for regular oil change -- codes showed that I was do for a tire rotation and a brake flush. Dean came in less than five minutes after I had gotten out of my car to let me know that they had done the flush on my 45,000 mile check and so one wouldn't be necessary! I appreciate their honesty. Good o'l fashion service I took my daughters vehicle to have service. The staff at Frank Brown acknowledge me even while I waited for the service writer to write up a work ord I took my daughters vehicle to have service. The staff at Frank Brown acknowledge me even while I waited for the service writer to write up a work order. While paying out the customer service didn't stop there. The Staff was courteous and made me feel welcome. It's good to know that service like this still exists. Well done Frank Brown!! More
