It was a pleasure working with Brian. He answered all my questions and was willing to work with us in arriving at a fair price for our 2024 Outlander SEL. Prior to our purchase, I had req He answered all my questions and was willing to work with us in arriving at a fair price for our 2024 Outlander SEL. Prior to our purchase, I had requested an "out the door itemized offer" from quite a few dealers. The majority offered a lower than MSRP price, but then added additional dealer charges to the offer. Brian emailed me an offer that made sense; without the additional charges. I highly recommend talking to Brian at Fountain Auto Mall if you are in the market for a new car. He is a true professional, low key, good listener, and very easy to work with. One last and very important detail. I had gotten a few written offers for my 2022 SEL from Carvana, Carmax, KBB etc prior to my visit to the dealership. This is the only dealership that I have worked with that paid me a fair price for my trade in. Others that I have negotiated with always attempted to low ball my trade in. I will be back in two to three years for an upgrade. More
