Extremely disappointing experience with North Houston Mitsubishi. I received an offer through CarGurus to sell my father’s 2025 Lexus RX. Because the dealership was nearly 50 miles away, I called ahea Mitsubishi. I received an offer through CarGurus to sell my father’s 2025 Lexus RX. Because the dealership was nearly 50 miles away, I called ahead and specifically confirmed that the offer was valid. I was given an 11:00 a.m. appointment and made the drive to the dealership. When I arrived, a manager told me they were not currently buying cars. They wouldn’t even inspect or appraise the Lexus. I understand that an offer can change after a vehicle is inspected. That isn't what happened. The dealership confirmed the offer and appointment before I made the trip, then told me after I arrived that they weren't buying vehicles at all. The result was an unnecessary roughly 100-mile round trip and several hours wasted. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership. More

Real bait and switch going on with this dealership. Online advertised price included a dealer discount and a dealer cash which together equaled $4,631 in discounts. Only issue was that their official offer was a thousand less than online listings from their site1 Worse, I was assured by email that there were no dealer add-ons, just "Tax Title license & fees which is 6.25%"... but the first offer included $2,500 for tint, seat spray protection & nitrogen in the tires. I do not even go on the lots of dealers who want to include add-ons for crap I didn't want. Even if they later take it off, it still leaves a sour taste knowing the dealer lired to get you on the lot at any cost. Bottom line, shop somewhere else as this dealership is less tha honest in their practices. More

I have purchased from this dealer ship before in 2023 and I was very happy with who help me before but this time Mike was who “helped “ me. He didn’t seem to have much knowledge about phev or plug in hybrids I was very happy with who help me before but this time Mike was who “helped “ me. He didn’t seem to have much knowledge about phev or plug in hybrids, also he was a lot of talk not much of action. I made it very clear what I wanted and how much I could pay and then the run around they gave me and then after 3 times drive back and forth in 1 days I am signing the papers they said I couldn’t have my new car because they had charge it . The next day they show up with my new car , no signed customer papers, 1 key fob( when you purchase a new car your suppose to get 2 keys ) , and no gas , and the battery was barely charged. Which was all communicated with Mike however not rectified with any customer service. I can guarantee I will buy another Mitsubishi outlander PHEV because I love this car but it will never be from here! My advice Mike need more customer service training and less trying to force customers to be apart of his social media page. More
