So our salesperson Codey was great. Very kind and gave tons of info. However, the dealership experience as a whole was poor. We felt jerked around by the managers and finance team (mostly because it seeme tons of info. However, the dealership experience as a whole was poor. We felt jerked around by the managers and finance team (mostly because it seemed like they weren't communicating with each other) and was constantly being told one thing and then turns out that was untrue. It honestly made me and my husband feel icky to do the deal, however we couldn't leave Codey hanging as again, he was great. We also really do like our brand new Kia as well. I just wish the overall experience didn't make us feel like we were dealing with the typical car dealership experience that made us very uncomfortable to work something out. So to reiterate, we only did this deal because of how great Codey was. More

The car wasn't cleaned very well.. when I asked to reclean it they didn't really do anything. There is stains in the carpet and dog hair still every were. Service is always great here. It was a little confusing upon arrival because they are remodeling and the service center was on the other side of the street. It will be nice when they are done though.
