They did a good job on getting my sportage back to me after the recall fixes and putting a new engine in it. I believe it only took 5 weeks in total. I did however get it back with a tire that was almost after the recall fixes and putting a new engine in it. I believe it only took 5 weeks in total. I did however get it back with a tire that was almost flat with 17 pounds of air in it. Everyone was super friendly and helped to answer my questions through the entire process. They kept me informed on everything and even though they were almost 2 hours away I felt confident in the work they were doing. They also were the only kia dealership within 150 miles that that that could get all the work done in less than 3 months. Would definitely go back for any work or to buy my next vehicle. More

I had a recall appointment at 9:00am I pulled in the service bay at 9:00:00. Pulled in got out of my car. Was immediately greeted by my first name and asked about my morning. Confirmed that I was there service bay at 9:00:00. Pulled in got out of my car. Was immediately greeted by my first name and asked about my morning. Confirmed that I was there for a couple recalls on my new SUV I confirmed. I was asked if I needed a shuttle or my vehicle back by a specific time both I denied handed my keys over and was out of the service door within the same minute I arrived. The literal definition of seamless professional service. Had my SUV back within two hours. Absolutely no complaints. Great service experience so far since my purchase in July of 2022. More
