Absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Bought a used car and I understand there could be issues, but not 60 miles after buying it. Then had to take it back to the dealer 5 ti dealership. Bought a used car and I understand there could be issues, but not 60 miles after buying it. Then had to take it back to the dealer 5 times for the same issue that they had told me they had already replaced the bad part. That was eventually found out to be a lie. Other than them helping with a rental worst experience I have ever had. I would never send anyone to them and will definitely make sure I keep people from going there. More
Staff was decent enough. Used vehicle was over kbb. Even still they tried to add additional charges of around $2500 to purchase price. Declined 1 charge, but the second (lojack) was strongly implied as required. After purchase it became clear I actually bought a subscription and the purchase wasn't mandatory. Follow up after the sale has been essentially non-existent. Sent an email about canceling lojack, no reply. Haven't recieved confirmation on auto loan or any paperwork to register my vehicle. Was only given half a tank of gas at purchase, which seems stingy for a used vehicle over kbb. Had to purchase supplies and detail the car myself after purchase as there was visible buildup and grime throughout. Overall I'm happy I got a new-to-me vehicle, but the dealer experience was lacking in almost every aspect. More
