Despite the fact that I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed for 7:30 AM. The service department does not open on Saturday until 8 AM, when I did finally get the service, the service manager was great confirmed for 7:30 AM. I went in looked at the vehicle on November 7th decided I wanted it did the paperwork was already pre-approved by my bank wasn't able to pick up the vehicle to November 28th cuz work had to be done on it whe wanted it did the paperwork was already pre-approved by my bank wasn't able to pick up the vehicle to November 28th cuz work had to be done on it when they gave me the paper plate it expired December 22nd which was less than 45 days on December 22nd I went to pick up my plates the paperwork was not in the system so I had to call Toyota and wait another 30 minutes for them to put it in the system wasn't happy More
