I was told that there would be two key fobs for my used car purchase, but that the second one was locked in a safe and the key was not available, but that they'd mail me the second key. I was told that they'll obtain a second key, and I'm now just waiting to see if a second key ever shows up. How hard is it really to get details like this correct? More

I feel my concerns with my vehicle were just blown off.
