After the service call I checked my coolent resivour and found it was empty. I expected the mechanic doing a multi point inspection would have checked and toped off all the fluids. This is the only dealer that has worked to keep my business. The service department hasn’t added unnecessary fees or charges to look at my vehicle. Horrible experience tried to get a tire repair and winded up with a dirty and damaged vehicle.. I tried to call and leave a message twice with no response. They took pictures of the vehicle prior to going i up with a dirty and damaged vehicle.. I tried to call and leave a message twice with no response. They took pictures of the vehicle prior to going into service to document there weren't any damages before going in for the tire repair. I have taken pictures to show the dirty hand prints left on my vehicle. I think that infiniti can do better than this.!! Very disappointed with the excessive 3 hours for waiting on a tire patch. UNACCEPTABLE.! More
