David Kilmer is the best with car repairs. He is honest and reasonable. He explains what needs to be done and how much it will cost in ADVANCE. We picked out a car in the preferred color I chose and they offered me a fair trade in for the Toyota based on the fact that it was basically still a new car. I asked about dual zone A/C as an option for this car and was told that this was not available and I would have chosen a car with this and later came to find out that it is available as an option with the technology package so I would have paid more for this but the dealer loses out on the additional profits from me choosing a higher priced car. I beleive that the sales person just was not aware of the this feature being available and did not deliberately steer me into the other car. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the area considering the purchase of a great car with best in class warranty and features that blow away the competition. More

I decided that I wanted to buy a new car and I was very interested in purchasing a Hyundai, but I was a little unsure of which car I wanted. As soon as I drove up I was greeted by a young lady named Michel interested in purchasing a Hyundai, but I was a little unsure of which car I wanted. As soon as I drove up I was greeted by a young lady named Michelle. I will admit, I was a little nervous about speaking with a salesperson but Michelle made my experience as painless as I could imagine it ever being. She was very easy to get along with, extremely knowledgeable and really made me feel at home. She didn't pressure me into anything, but instead gave me the information I needed to make my own decision. She began asking me questions to try and figure out which car would be a perfect fit for me. After recommending a few cars we decided that the Sonata was the best fit for me. There were a few different Sonata's available, Michelle explained the differences very thoroughly and helped me narrow down my decision until I decided exactly which Sonata I wanted. We then went inside, she offered me a drink and got the process started. I expected to be at the dealership for quite a while but instead I was driving off the lot in my brand new Sonata before I knew it. This is my third experience with a dealership and my first with Fort Mill Hyundai and I must say, this was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I've been driving my new Sonata for almost a week and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will gladly recommend Fort Mill Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new car. More
