It took 10 min to sign the paperwork and I was in and out of the dealership to pick up the car in less than 30 minutes. It doesn't get any easier. I did go back and forth on my trade-in and excellent communication throughout. So in the end, buying a car all digital, sight unseen, and doing a lease and trade-in was great. I had an appointment for a test drive of a Mercedes Benz SLK 350 and when I showed up, salesman was no where to be found. They blew me off and I waited for someone else. They did text back on why I left and no apologies was given to me. I went to other dealers and purchased a BMW with so much better class and respect to their customer.
