Our salesman,Chuck, was great. Very nice and helpful throughout he process. The finance guy was very nice and made the process easy too. The first manager I dealt with I did not care for and almost walked away but everyone else I spoke to and the manage that came in after were terrific. Overall, it was a good experience. More

We brought a 2017 explorer in that has 70000 miles and the service center tried to say it needed $8000 to $11000 worth of work on the transmission based on a $225 diagnostic test. All it needed was a quart of fluid and it runs perfectly. The service tech even struggled at explaining how this could even be. More

I was in and out in a little over an hour. Made the appointment the same day. I was charged nothing since I had points built up which I had no idea I even had.
