Brit Turner was very helpful and attentive any time I reached out for information about my repair situation. I believe she did all she could to get this unfortunate situation remedied as efficiently as reached out for information about my repair situation. Do not deal with Ford of Murfreesboro! Had an appointment to look at a car. Appointment set for 3 pm and had multiple interactions with Parker during the day to ensure 3 o’clock works.
