I wish that I could leave a 0 star review of the so called quick lube area. 10 am appointment was scheduled for the works service at the main service department. Was told that the appointment was move called quick lube area. 10 am appointment was scheduled for the works service at the main service department. Was told that the appointment was moved to the quick lane because they now run a skeleton crew in the service department. Already had a very horrible experience with the quick lube 2 years ago, hence why we now go to the service department. We were assured that a new manager had the place in much better shape. 5 HOURS!!!!!!! 5 FREAKING HOURS!!!!! TO HAVE A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION DONE!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! They had several open bays, multiple people mounting tires but 1 single person doing oil changes............ I paid 105.00 to be forced to wait 5 freaking hours, not a sorry it took so long, no explanation on why rear brakes were suggested after they were replaced a few months back, NOTHING!!!!!!!! Tried to call the dealership 2 times today and was hung up on after 10 rings.... AVOID HAVING SERVICE DONE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! If it wasn't for having a lifetime warranty on the powertrain bybthis dealership we would definitely go elsewhere. Maybe this review will actually trigger someone from the unreachable dealership to contact us back... highly unlikely. More

From the moment I contacted Alex and his wonderful Ford Ser the owner of the 2021 Ford Bronco which was serviced at the Murfreesboro Ford Dealership. From the moment I contacted Alex and his wonderful Ford Service Team I received A1 service. There is just not enough words to describe the excellent service my daughter and I received. Alex Coldwey was attentive to our every need and he kept us informed about the work being completed on my vehicle. A five or maybe ten day job was done in two days.
