These guys and gals are incredible! I had an issue with my windshield, right after the warranty ran out and this team has 100% over delivered. I don’t mind paying for the repair after they took care of the loaner to diagnose the problem in the first place and followed me through this entire process like a concierge… this is real life?!? So, back story.., My wiper was damaging the glass and it I’ve replaced the windshield 3 times already, which was becoming insane on my part and was baffling to all who would listen… no one knew “wth” was happening. With all the frustration on my end, sounding like I’m the first guy to experience something like this, at the end of the day, this Ford Team in Franklin intently listened to my concerns, cared about me as a person and acted quickly to get me a solution. Service here is top notch and Lauren has been amazing to work with. Great hire here folks! She has texted me, called me, held my hand through the entire process and I am almost sure that she would offer apart of her life or a kidney to make sure that I’m satisfied with the experience I’m having. It’s like a dream dealership where their people are actually here listening to the “drunk guy” in the back of the barroom, talking about all his misery in life due to a wiper malfunction on his Navigator… “If only I could figure out how to fix my wiper from scratching my windshield when it goes back and forth like everyone else in the world, I might not have drink this last one to put me over or under tonight…” Well, they did it… and I’m still sober today… they definitely serve the best kind, even to the last and the great news for you and the Williamson County Sheriffs, is that don’t have to go drinkin about it or thankin about it no more! All seriousness… These Ford folks really outdid themselves. Super proud to be Franklin Ford customer today! Thanks again! More

Had appointment for oil change. An hour after appointment time, car still sitting where I parked when I came in. Wanted oil change only. After over 2 hours after my appointment time, they finally finished my car. I couldn't believe the charges. I was charged for an oil filter and oil, reasonable prices, but then I was also charged $66.47 for labor and another 23.48 for "parts". What parts were used except the oil filter which is already itemized. $66.47 labor charge is outrageous for a 15 minute job. I will never have any dealings with this dealership again. More
I made an appointment with the Service department to let them look at my Ford truck at 9am this morning. I arrived 10 mins early and sat down to be told they need to “keep my vehicle over the weekend and maybe look at it on Monday”. Unacceptable! If I wanted an appt on Monday, I would have made one! Second time in two years I have brought a vehicle here and have left angry. The first time, I waited a whole hour without being talked to and simply drove back home without being noticed. Both times I get an email later that day saying “I missed my appt”. Nope! You missed an opportunity to earn a new customer! Twice! More

First time visiting dealership for service after making an online appointment. I pulled into the service bay and was shuffled off to another location which made me feel I had gone to the wrong location. T an online appointment. The service advisors were very impersonal and not willing to talk with me even after telling them multiple time it was my first visit and I had an appointment. They ignored the fact that I had a scheduled appointment and I had to provide all my information again which I had entered when booking the service appointment. I even received an email telling me I missed my appointment. I request the 10,000 mile service in addition to the works oil change since the Ford recommended services were different than just an oil change. The dealership ignored my request and only provided the services they wanted to. I happened to check my email while waiting on the service to be completed and happened to see that my service had been completed 10 minutes before I checked my email. Once again very impersonal service from the dealership. I will not recommend this service department to anyone. More

I own a 2016 F350 that I bought from this dealership part of the deal was they’d install a gooseneck hitch in it. So apparently they 3rd party that stuff out to Line X well yes it’s been 5 yrs but they insta of the deal was they’d install a gooseneck hitch in it. So apparently they 3rd party that stuff out to Line X well yes it’s been 5 yrs but they installed the gooseneck hitch on the wiring harness and it finally shorted out everything in the back! So I have $5126.02 in a mistake I didn’t do and neither this dealership nor Line X would do anything about (Line X only Guarantees there work for 90 days as well y’all since the dealership wouldn’t even call them on my behalf was told good luck and they didn’t know why I was upset!!! Guess 5126.02 is pocket change to that manager! Well I still have 2 yrs or 28000 miles warranty with this place hopefully nothing else goes wrong with the truck cause I have zero faith in this dealership! More
