I did my homework ahead of time on the internet, so going in I knew what I was looking for. I set up a time to go in and met with the Internet salesman, Tim Roche. Mr. Roche was very pleasant and helpful and in I knew what I was looking for. I set up a time to go in and met with the Internet salesman, Tim Roche. Mr. Roche was very pleasant and helpful and not pushy. Ford, Lincoln of Cookeville had the best price on my vehicle comparied to 2 others dealers. Overall this has been the most pleasant new car purchase I have experienced. This was my first new Ford purchase. I am very pleased with the Ford / Lincoln of Cookeville dealership, the salesman, my price, and my car so far. Since this is my first Ford, If it proves out in the long run to be a good car, I will again visit Ford / Lincoln of Cookeville for my next new car purchase. I brought in my 2012 Ford Fusion for an oil change. The service personal were friendly and promptly directly me to the waiting room for a great cup of coffee. The passenger seat needed adjustment, tires w service personal were friendly and promptly directly me to the waiting room for a great cup of coffee. The passenger seat needed adjustment, tires were rotated and the car was washed. At all times the service personal were professional and efficient. While waiting I had the opportunity to chat with the receptionist (?) in the showroom. Friendly and helpful. Waiting room, showroom and restroom all immaculate. I had to take my Lincoln in for service, and the service manager himself helped me with my concerns. Bought used 2011 Acura MDX. After signing papers, asked the Joe about the second key. He looked and could not find it. Said he would contact previous owner. Waited two weeks and heard nothing from him o the Joe about the second key. He looked and could not find it. Said he would contact previous owner. Waited two weeks and heard nothing from him or anyone at dealship. Called and asked where the key was and Joe said he was trying to contact the owner and would get back to me. Biggest problem with dealship is NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK. I have had to make all the calls and ask questions. Was in Cookeville on a Sunday about a week after I had talked to Joe and the General manager, Michael Cass, was there and asked him about the Key. A lady was present when we were talking and told us that Joe was 'HAD" contacted the previous owner and that the key was supposed to be in the mail. I called one more time and ask again about the key and was told Joe that he had finally contacted the preiouse owners and the key would be sent. I have now waited another two weeks and still no key and my temporary tag has expired. Called the dealership and talked to several people about tag and they said they did not have paper work from prevous lein holder to get tag. NO ONE FOLLOWED UP ON THIS and said they would since I called. Again no follow up and no phone calls as to where the key is. It has been a real struggle to get 'CORRECT' information from the dealeship and and to get someone to call me back. I was told three times the Joe had contacted the previous owner and the key was in the mail. So far it has been about 6 weeks and no key and no answer as to where the key is or when I will get it. Poor communication in the total dealership. Poor followup on their part. Once the sale was completed, they must feel like their job is done and they do not need to followup or help the customer anymore. More
