Elderly family member took car to them to change out a bad alternator. This was a vehicle where the alternator is right on top and easy to get to. You open the hood, remove the one drive belt, take out bad alternator. This was a vehicle where the alternator is right on top and easy to get to. You open the hood, remove the one drive belt, take out two bolts and unplug the electrical connection and reverse and your done. Charged over $600 and didn't even bother to wash or vacuum the floor mat. This was a gross rip even after considering the normal high dealer prices. My familly has purchased Fords and had service work done at Ford Groves for over 50 years. I'll never step on their lot again and recommend others avoid them too. More
