Went into test drive a used Nissan kicks. It was a nice car but had some cosmetic damaged and I was bummed. They asked if I was interested in a new car. Javier went above and beyond for us! He offered us a good deal on an expensive service, then was honest when our car actually needed a less expensive service. With the exception of major maintenance items, I am no longer going to be taking my car to the dealer for service. Paying hundreds of dollars of an oil change is ridiculous and there are other options tha longer going to be taking my car to the dealer for service. Paying hundreds of dollars of an oil change is ridiculous and there are other options that are doing the same service for a fraction of the price. I'm also disappointed that there was note for a part breaking in the car and no schedule to follow up and issue the repair. My vehicle has an extended warranty and choosing not to schedule the repair seems like a choice to try and run down the warranty and just charge more for the repair. It telegraphs as unethical and makes me question if I should continue bringing the car in for any service at all. More
