Fraudulent behavior. Paid in advance for oil change. Was charged $223. Asked about my service plan that I paid for and the service department said they have no knowled Paid in advance for oil change. Now they are refunding me but not the entire balance. If I had not caught the mistake I would have been out $223. Worse part is they are annoyed I’m following up. Unbelievable. More
