ANDREADGREENE, we understand your frustration, however, the transmission was not skipping when it went through the shop or when it was sold to you, that's why no one noticed until you did when it started. Unfortunately, no one cannot predict when a transmission or engine or any other part on a vehicle will start having issues. We were happy to help you after your purchase and put a new one in. As far as free oil changes go we would love to give all of our customers free oil changes for as long as they own their vehicle, however, that is not feasible. We do give the first 2 free when you purchase a new vehicle and the first free when you purchase a used vehicle. Also, every new car come with our exclusive lifetime powertrain warranty and most of our used vehicles do too that covers your engine, transmission and drivetrain for as long as you own the vehicle.
