When I first walked in to Brown Honda, I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be assisted. I have worked with Steve Young before and asked for him. He was not afraid to spend quite a bit of time with me making sure that I understood all that I needed to know. The person who did the paperwork with me was friendly, kind and, because I was in a hurry, he worked very quickly. Despite all that he had to accomplish, I always felt he was trying to make the experience as wonderful (imagine saying THAT about the paperwork!) as possible! When I left with my new Honda, it was in a clean, shiny, car, full of gas! Thank you! Over all, I am SO impressed with the kindness and professionalism that I encountered with everyone that I dealt with. When I need to purchase another car, I will definitely go to Brown Honda first! Mr. Young who was a psychology teacher in his past life, was my salesman, he did some voodoo on me and next thing I knew, I was walking out with a new car. My visit to the dealership was to have my Honda Pilot serviced with oil and lube plus tire rotation. I checked in with the attendant and was off to the lounge to wait for my vehicle.
