I have been happy with past experiences but this experience was frustrating. The car had been in the previous week for the 6 month service. When my screen went black within the week I called and was given an appointment to come in. The service department was busy that day and I was there longer than expected. When I was told the software was outdated I asked Frank why it wasn't checked the previous week. The man at the far right desk spoke up and said I have to ask for that to be done. I would think they should know if software is outdated and it should be taken care of as soon as possible. More

I have found that you need to be informed about service requirements before going to dealership. You must also keep track of prior service to avoid unneeded service.
