I wanted to re lease my C250 with 2013 model. When I went to Fletcher Jones I ended up working with Charlette,Tito Talampas and Mike. All of them were really nice,helpful and got me a great deal which made m to Fletcher Jones I ended up working with Charlette,Tito Talampas and Mike. All of them were really nice,helpful and got me a great deal which made me smile at the end of it. It was a great experience and would love to go back and lease another car with them in future.Tito was especially very patient in getting me the car with the color I wanted. I was very impressed with Nonoy Chavez's skills and his customer services. I went into Fletcher Jones of Fremont and met Nonoy Chavez, he was really helpful and straight to the point without having to argue back and forth. Talking about a deal -- he went to his general manage Chavez, he was really helpful and straight to the point without having to argue back and forth. Talking about a deal -- he went to his general manager and told him what I wanted, Nonoy Chavez clearly knows what he is doing. The deal took only about 5 mins with the exact price that I'm looking for. He is really nice -- the fastest deal that I've been through in my 4 years experience. I would highly recommend dealing with him at Fletcher Jones of Fremont. More

Just bought a CPO E350 yesterday, I'm so happy with it. the engine, wheels, and everything feels like a new car. Mr. Nonoy Chavez took care of me very well the first time I came ( I only came once and made the engine, wheels, and everything feels like a new car. Mr. Nonoy Chavez took care of me very well the first time I came ( I only came once and made the deal with him), he helped me to discover everything about the car. His services is different than the other sales consultant, I went to Lexus, they treated me like I was not a customer. Is worth it to come to a place this far if you want good services. Because I came from Pleasant Hill which is 50 miles away from this dealership and I'm pleased, no regret at all. I recommend Nonoy Chavez as your consultant if you looking for a mercedes car! he will be a very helpful one for you. More

The experience i had with Fremont dealership is hassle free. Tom was very friendly and very nice to work with.
