Marin Ledesma made magic happen ! He called me last night offering a vehicle I was looking at. I told him I wasn't very interested because we had already placed an order but he went o He called me last night offering a vehicle I was looking at. I told him I wasn't very interested because we had already placed an order but he went out of his way to take pictures of the vehicle at 8 PM and worked with me even after his work hours. We previously placed an order for eqb300 white exterior , beige interior and third row seats with wait time of 4+ months And BAM !! He sends me this car and offers to hold it for me until I got there today ! Not only does this have a 3rd row seats , 2 year free charging ,it is a eqb350 and it has POWER SEATS !! There was chip shortage so very limited 2022 eqb came with powerseats . This had it all ... AND !! I don't have to wait 6months ( possible longer due to delay) While I was in his office today , my previous agent calls me to tell me that the car I had placed an order would be delayed because of shortage unless I added $3k+ package and no beige interior 😱. So this car was meant to happen and if Marvin didn't have the passion to help me out , I would have missed this opportunity AND I probably would have not gotten the car I put in order. He was so so easy and fun to work with . He went above and beyond to help me give me the best deal . The whole team made sure I had everything ready to go on my phone and the car , took time to download and set up everything for me .
