It was my fourth BMW 5 series and my first experience with Flemington BMW. I started my shopping for a new car on the internet and Ron at Flemington was the only person/dealer out of seven who provided t with Flemington BMW. He was friendly, honest, thorough, never pushy and gave me the best deal. Shortly after taking possession of the car it needed minor adjustments. I can't say enough about how professionally my issues were handled by Michael at Service. All in all I would recommend Flemington and Ron, in particular, to everyone. I know that many of these comments on Internet sites are bogus, written by friends of the establishment. I can assure you that I have no connection with Ron (short of I found out we live in the same town) or the dealership. I am just a very, very satisfied customer. More

The person we dealt with at Flemington BMW was Scott Smith. We did our purchase of a 535xi from out of state so Scott had to do extra work and make sure all the i's were dotted and t's crossed. The actual encounter was pleasant courteous and did not have the "high Pressure" attitude you experience at other dealers. Once the sales was complete and because our vehicle had to be ordered, he kept in constant communication about the status. Upon delivery, he spent about 1 1/2 hours making sure we understood about all the features of our new car. The vehicle was spotless as well upon delivery. I have purchased about 9 Lexus vehicles in the past but am know considering a second BMW. More
