Since I was coming from New York and had a 2 hour ride he scheduled a road test appointment. Everyone at the dealer was friendly and helpful. The deal hinged on getting a fair value for my trade in and after a brief negotiation Chris was able to make it happen. The paperwork process went smoothly and I took the car home the same day. I paid a fair price and got fair value for my trade-you can't ask for more than that. It is obvious these people want to sell cars. More

After a few weeks searching, they were able to locate the right car at the right price and I appreciate all the hard work they did for us. Unfortunately, I then met with another person at the dealership that was aggressively selling me a very expensive extended warranty that I really did not want or thought I needed. I was not prepared for this at all as I was expecting to sign the papers and leave. I really don't like to be put in that position and won't let it happen again. I do not remember this any other time when purchasing vehicles from this quality group of dealerships in Flemington. That situation aside, I was pleased with the salespeople at the dealership and am glad they were able to get us the car we wanted. I would gladly recommend them to others looking for a BMW as they did a really good job for us. More
