I must admit that I was a little leery at first due to Jay not responding to my internet request for a quote and I was actually leaning towards an entirely different manufacturer in my search for a hybrid Jay not responding to my internet request for a quote and I was actually leaning towards an entirely different manufacturer in my search for a hybrid vehicle! I initially received 3 emails and not a single one addressed my request, so I decided to respond to his third email, addressed my concerns and informed him of my decision to go with a different manufacturer. I basically told Jay that it was up to him to help me change my mind. I'm glad I did because as it turns out, it was a slight miscommunication that was rectified immediately and not only did Jay change my mind, he went above and beyond the call of duty! I am now the proud owner of a Fusion Hybrid and all credit goes to Jay for making the sale. He earned that sale! Jay has my total professional confidence, was knowledgable about the Fusion Hybrid, and briefly went over all the features this outstanding car has to offer. Don't get me wrong about his brevity! It was late (around 9PM) and I was tired, as was Jay. So he offered to explain everything in detail when I had more time. But a cursory review of the owner's manual told me what I needed to know and I politely informed Jay that I'm a tech junkie and already had it figured out. Surprisingly I'm still learning of new features! All in all my experience with Jay and 5 Star Ford as a whole was excellent and was the best car buying experience I've ever had. And Kenny in the finance department only added to my positive experience. Even their service department has my total professional confidence! And that says a lot because my previous experiences with service departments have not been very positive (with the exception of Mercedes dealerships)! Would I recommend 5 Star Ford and Jay in particular? Absolutely! Will I continue to do business with 5 Star Ford and remain a loyal customer? So long as they continue to operate as they currently do, you had better believe it! And I also plan on utilizing their service department as needed. Very few auto dealership's rate such high praise and it's obvious 5 Star Ford works very hard to earn such distinction. Well done team effort! More

Replacing a wrecked 2010 F-150, I returned to 5 Star and Diron. Diron helped me through various options clarifying what I really needed and wanted and made the deal. I've never had a more thorough professional and honest dealer and dealership (Blue Oval) than 5 Star. Although I'd priced vehicles online, 5 Star gave this repeat customer just what I wanted. They were very accomodating and no pressure at all. I will not shop elsewhere. I can't speak enough for the 2010 F-150 with side airbags that saved my life. Also always purchase GAP insurance! More

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and we could tell he loved what he did. When I mentioned I would miss the 3rd row seating in my Durango he suggested the Explorer (we were looking at the Edge)and that the gas mileage and price were comparable to the Edge. His manager was very helpful with the closing and they didn't make us feel like we were being pushed into purchasing that day but they worked a deal we couldn't pass up. Daniel in the finance department surprised me with his knowledge in finance. He made several suggestions that made sense to us as to how much money we should put down on the vehicle. The process was very quick, smooth and painless. We don't feel as though we were put through the meat grinder and question whether we did the right thing or not after the sale as we have in the past. Five Star Ford's people helped us make the right decision and were very honest and up front in areas that most dealerships aren't. We feel like it is a family more than a business and that we are now a new member of the family. We will definitely be back and bring friends and family with us! He approached me immediately after my arrival and asked if he could be of assistance. Although I told him I was not going to buy a vehicle that day, he asked about my preference and proceeded to give me information about various models of trucks that might interest me. After talking to him over several days and having been given the opportunity to drive different trucks I decided to purchase an F 150 from him without looking at another dealership. We came to an agreement on the price of the new truck and on a price for my vehicle with relative ease. I also had some contact with Jeff Crabtree during the price negotiations and he also was very friendly, courteous and professional. He and Eric both seemed to be interested in not just selling a vehicle, but seeing to it that I was satisfied with the truck and the overall experience at Five Star. Wife & I were looking to trade our 2003 Yukon Denali in for a truck, we had gone to Bankston Chevy and the used car salesman treated us like we're wasting his time, this makes twice now Bankston has tre in for a truck, we had gone to Bankston Chevy and the used car salesman treated us like we're wasting his time, this makes twice now Bankston has treated us this way. The next day we went to 5 Star Ford and met Jason, my wife and I looked at 4 trucks from 2006 to 2008 models. Jason offered us more for our trade then Bankston Chevy, we ended up buying a 2010 Ford F150 pick up, we were treated like the only customer they had. Jason had the truck washed & fueled up, the after market department Manager Sam was great also, we bought a remote starter w/alarm system they installed. Our son & a friend have bought from 5 Star in the past & was very happy, we will continue to do business with 5 Star Ford in the future. Thank You David & Lori More
Best car buying experience I have ever had. Marisa was by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with. She had her work cut out for her since I went into the dealership not really knowing what car I by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with. I know I wasn't the easiest sale she has ever had and she stuck with it and took the time to make sure that me and my wife were comfortable through the whole process. This was the second time we purchased a vehicle from Five Star Ford and David Deger. The first time we purchased a pre-owned vehicle from him. We were planning to purchase a Chevrolet that morning from a Che Star Ford and David Deger. The first time we purchased a pre-owned vehicle from him. We were planning to purchase a Chevrolet that morning from a Chevy dealer, and I decided to contact Mr. Deger and ask him about a similar Ford. He quickly sent me several emails containing information I asked for, and copies of window stickers. We ended up being so impressed by what he sent that we went out to take a look and let him show us the new Fusions. He found us exactly what we wanted, right down to the color and amenities, and explained the Sync system and other advantages of the car, and then VERY quickly walked us through the financing process. We ended up with a much better rate than what we had been pre-approved for by another bank, and were able to take advantage of more incentives. We left with a car that was perfect, clean, had a full tank of gas, was exactly what we wanted, with an interest rate that was better than we could have hoped for. He helped us set up the Sync system and walked us through it. We could not have been more happy with Mr. Deger, or our experience at Five Star Ford. Based on everyone we met and interacted with, they are very serious about customer service, making sure you leave happy, and making sure you want to return again for your next purchase. More
