Daryn was very helpful in listening to what we wanted and showing us those options. We were able to make up our minds without any pressure, which is exactly what we wanted. We had been to other car dealerships and were so annoyed with the sales people who turned on the pressure to "buy today, this is the best deal around". We did not get this pressure at Five Star Ford and that is HUGE in our eyes. We will definitely recommend this dealership and Daryn to friends looking for vehicles. I also want to take a minute to say that Kelly, the Internet Sales Manager and Anthony, in Finance were also instrumental in making this such a great experience. Kelly was incredibly helpful in working with my husband to make sure we were happy and got what we wanted. The overall dealership experience was good. I'm disappointed in the manufacturers quality control - allowing the vehicle to be shipped with the wrong wheels. I used the USAA car buying service to find the vehicle I wanted. David is the only salesman who sent an e-mail response with the truck I wanted and a price quote.
