Excellent Experience - Not What Was Expected This was my first time buying a car, and was not looking forward to having to deal with pushy sales people, or the "hassle". I went with Five Star Ford because my brother bought his truck there several years ago, and had a great experience, and they had the car I was looking for. At Five Star Ford, the sales man was not pushy, but very helpful and patient, even with miscommunication on my part. All the hassle I was worried about was non-existent. Rick was great to work with, and went above and beyond what I was expecting a sales person to do. I was even surprised to find out that someone would be going over my new car with me, and showing me all the features. That alone, was very helpful, and saved me a ton of time trying to figure out things on my own. Jimmie was great, very knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to navigating Ford's Sync system. I definitely did not expect to have the car buying experience I had, but am very grateful for it. I'm very pleased with my car, and when I need a new one, I will definitely be back! More

Called the dealership and spoke with Jason Howell. He said that he would have it pulled and waiting for me on Saturday. I wasn't able make it in on Saturday. Called him and told him that I would be in today. Went in this morning(Monday), picked it up, brought it home for my wife to see. Took it back and told him I wanted it. Whole process took less than 2 hours, including finance! Kudo's to Jason Howell, my sales guy and David Hill in finance!!! More
