Jason has taken care of the service on my new 2011 Kia Sorento each time I have gone in. He is by far one of the most professional and courteous people I have met. I was given accurate information regarding what my annual service visit would require. There was also a software update that had to be done so I was told it would be a certain amount of time and they were f service visit would require.
