My wife and i went looking for a replacement vehicle after an accident totaled our SUV. The wife did not want a truck as it was not a "family" vehicle but i wanted one..... BIll at Fisher showed us many vehicles new and used. He listened to us and helped us narrow down the impossible list of available vehicles down to five or six. In 45 minutes we went from not even knowing what type of vehicle to get but down to making a choice. I wanted to test drive (yes we had not done that yet!) a sportage and on the way to it found a used ridgeline. Bill showed us the features at my behest and annoyance of my wife. Slowly through the tour of the truck her mind clicked and we went for a test drive. Bill found a perfect route (probably used by all of the fisher staff, boulder is beautiful) and we fell in love. That morning started off with an argument and Bill at Fisher Auto won it for me. Thanks Bill, love the truck! More

I have never visited Fisher Honda before and the sales representative (Bill Swanson) worked hard to get me the best deal possible for my trade-in. The atmosphere was friendly including the receptionist and the sales center was open and non-confining. When I returned 5 days later to have aftermarket products installed the service center was clean and bright with access to computers and newspapers.....I knew I had made the right choice. This is a well-managed dealership and I'm looking forward to being a customer. More

Phil Robinson is not the stero-typical car salesman. He was direct, up front, quick to communicate, no surprises---the professional I expect at Fisher Honda. He treated me with respect and it was his honesty that I valued most. I had never used a web site to shop for a car. It was so easy and so much better than going to the car lot. To my surprise, I found just the car I thought I wanted. Phil immediatley replied with emails and phone calls to understand the wants and needs of his customer . We made an appointment to do a test drive. He asked Cameron to assist me and we drove five different models to be sure I was getting just the right used car . I actually enjoyed the test drives, because Cameron did not patronize this senior citizen, but acknowledged that I was a capable knowledgeable person who was ready to buy a car. Phil gives his customer his undivided attention and and carefully walks you thru the whole "one stop" shopping at this dealership. Everyone gave excellent information and customer service. Phil listens and gets to know you and your needs. It was the easiest and best experience I ever had buying a car.
