Brake work I thought the service was very good. Only 1 problem. Mack wrote me up in the morning when I came in. Chad was then the one who worked up my final bil I thought the service was very good. Only 1 problem. Mack wrote me up in the morning when I came in. Chad was then the one who worked up my final billing for services. I had given Mack my coupon for a discount on my brake work. Chad either missed or ignored that and I was billed full amount with no discount. If I had not said anything to the 3rd person (forget his name) who handled my outtake I would not have recvd the discount of around $145. Not good. Thanks, Alan More

Tom took the time to educate me on the proper way to maintain the finish on my car; specifically, to not take it through car washes with a brush as it will damage the paint.
