Purchase of a New Truck We planned for over 2 years to get our next Ford Truck, my husband and I poured over vehicles, packages, colors. When we finally decided then my husband stopped by Finnin Ford to talk to them and see the different packages. He met Chris Cruz, well this guy did everything he could to help us with making our decision, then he set about to find us the truck we were looking for. He called a few days, maybe the next day to say hey I found your truck. That he did and made it happen for us! He never pressured us or tried to fit us into something other than what we wanted. Then we met Miss Dianne McCray to do all the paper work with, she was very pleasant, kind and funny or maybe we were funny and she just laughed along with us. Either way she made the paper work easy and quick and in no time I was driving away in our new truck with out one regret. Thanks to all the staff there Saturday July 13th when we picked up our truck. Warranty company states it is a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. Confront sales/financing staff, his answer is basically my bad here, I'll give you free oil change. I've never recieved a free oil change. Had them drop the ball several times while getting oil changes from them. Examples include being over 1 and a half hours late to pick me up at my day job to go get my escape after an oil change. Say next time they are going to make it right give me a loaner vehicle while mine is having its oil changed. That didnt happened either. Another time it is raining out I pay for the oil change they dont even tell me where in the lot my car is parked end up walking in the rain looking for it. Was using them because they are close to my job. Today issue with booking appointment for oil change online. Strongly considering taking my business elsewhere. More
